Tomcat fails to start after updating to JDK8u131 (says class not found)

I am trying to update JAVA from 1.8u55 to 8u131 version in Mac. It works fine.
I have changed the JAVA_HOME in user.env to point to 8u131 JDK.
However, after that, Tomcat fails to start. I get an error message (see below). Could you please help me with it. Thanks.
