AutoLISP
AutoLISP is a programming language based on LISP. Its syntax is quite similar to Visual Basic, Java and similar languages. Its package-oriented nature makes it easier to manage, automate and reuse code as compared to classic procedural languages.
AutoLISP has some common features with Visual LISP. AutoLISP is also similar to Visual Basic, C++, Java, Perl and other interpreted languages.
As of version 2012, AutoLISP has been renamed to Autodesk API for AutoCAD and many of its capabilities have been replaced by Autodesk Exchange. AutoLISP was only available in AutoCAD for Mac OS 9 and Windows 2000 or later.

Visual LISP is a visual programming language that aims to make programming simpler. It was released in 1993 and supported in AutoCAD versions 8 through 2011.
